Signature Requirements

High value orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery to your address. Please try to have someone available to receive computers and general bulk orders.

How can I track my order?

You will get a tracking number/tracking link sent to your email as soon as it is available. Tracking provides real-time, live updates. 

Who will deliver my order?

XBit uses a 3rd party logistics company, Roadie, which has tens of thousands of drivers nationwide. All drivers have passed background checks and are expected to carry valid auto insurance. Please, do not be alarmed if a person pulls into your driveway in say, a sedan instead of a typical box truck.

When will my order arrive?

There is no guarantee for the exact time of day you will receive your order, but orders are dispatched usually within an hour of you placing the order. Your driver may have other stops on the way to yours though, which is why there's no clear-cut answer.

Same-Day Delivery Exclusions

Same-day shipping is reserved for PA zip code 19606 and surrounding zip codes. Not available after 10am EST. Delivery is handled by a 3rd party logistics company, and cannot be 100% guaranteed to arrive same-day. Customers who are placing their order after the 10am EST cutoff will be able to pick next-day delivery instead of same-day.
