Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers may only have the items they ordered refunded, not the shipping fees incurred.

Tech Services

Tech services are non-refundable. Items may be "re-worked" within 7 days of receiving service. This means you may have your computer re-serviced at no additional charge within 7 days of the original service. After 7 days, any services rendered must be paid for.


Software is non-returnable and non-refundable. If your license key for Malwarebytes does not work, please contact us and we will contact Malwarebytes.

CPS Service Plans

CPS service plans may be refunded within 14 days from the day of purchase subject to successful cancellation of the plan by CPS. If CPS does not cancel the plan, we cannot issue a refund as the warranty is finalized.

XBit+ Subscription

XBit+ is non-refundable if the benefits have been used. A full refund may be issued only if you haven't used any of the features or benefited from the service in any way. XBit+ does NOT automatically renew so you will not be billed again unless you explicitly purchase a new year of XBit+.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are not eligible for refunds. These items are heavily discounted to get them out of our inventory. Exchanges for defective items may be available at the discretion of XBit, but all shipping costs associated with replacing the item are to be billed to the buyer. This includes shipping costs to return the defective item AND shipping costs to send the replacement. If an item was described as defective or for parts only, no returns/exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Clearance Items

Product Unopened?

If you never opened the product, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item; just pay return shipping. Excludes software and tech services.

Product Opened?

If you have the packaging and it's in the same condition as when you received it, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item; just pay return shipping. Excludes software. Unsellable items may be rejected for return. 

Product Defective?

If there is an issue with your product within 14 days of receiving it, contact us and we will discuss refund/exchange options. Excludes clearance items that were explicitly described as "for parts" or defective; those sales are final.


Product Damaged In Shipping, or Stolen By Porch Pirates?

Contact XBit and we'll work on a UPS/USPS/FedEx/Roadie claim. You may need to send us proof of the damage (pictures of the damaged product(s)/box(es).
