XBit has the right to refuse any return that it may deem fraudulent or harmful to business. If an accepted return is found damaged, or otherwise not in the same condition it was sold in, the buyer is subject to restocking fees up to 50% and/or lack of return shipping reimbursement. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping costs. The only time return shipping costs are waived/reimbursed is when an item is returned as DOA (Dead on Arrival) or DIT (Damaged In Transit). Buyer must ship back item in the same shipping box the order was received in.
For non-DOA non-DIT related returns, you have 7 days to return your product to XBit from the date of purchase.
Returns cannot be accepted after 7 days.
Dead on Arrival Items, Items Damaged in Transit
Customers have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report an item is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Damaged in Transit (DIT). Any DOA/DIT requests after 24 hours will be denied a return/exchange.
In the event that you bought an item by mistake, or changed your mind about the item, you are free to submit a return request as long as the item is UNOPENED AND UNUSED. XBit reserves the right to apply tamper evident stickers and seals to shipping/product boxes to ensure that you return the item exactly as you received it.
If an item is returned damaged, the buyer is held responsible. Whether it was intentionally or accidentally damaged before getting returned, customers may be subject to up to 50% in restocking fees. This of course excludes damage incurred in transit to the buyer. Please properly pack and ship items back to XBit.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers may be reimbursed for return shipping costs if item was found to be DOA or DIT. Return shipping will be reimbursed only if the shipment is using a standard ground service such as FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail and other express shipping methods will not be reimbursed.
